Dinka Jester RR Street Spec Add-On Tuner

Put this on our dev environment for a week before letting players near it just to make sure the custom sound and handling wouldn't crash people or mess with client memory. Spawned gstjcr3 in, ran it through every tuning option, and kept it running on main for about three weeks now. Zero crashes, sound works clean, and performance stays solid.

Owner tossed me the files to drop onto the server yesterday. Took two minutes to setup the stream folder and check the extras. The sheer amount of tuning parts is insane, spent twenty minutes just going through the 220 mods in the mechanic shop. I ended up disabling the glowing rotors in the config so it fit our server vibe better!!

We pulled this in for our weekend drag racing scene. Our players spend hours at the airport strip, and the toggleable rear parachute feature gets used constantly during those events. Pulls extremely hard off the line without clipping into the track. Handles the high playercount crowds around the drag strip with no issues.

Grabbed this to replace our old scruffy Jester build that had broken light textures and weird floaty handling. We already run two other lore vehicles from this store (both solid) so I knew the quality would be there. The custom sound and torque setup feel way better than what we had on the server before.
