About the pack
This takes the Pegassi Torbull and rebuilds it into a full REZVANI Knight style Toros conversion, then hands you two versions in one drop. You get the standard civilian build (gsttorbull1) and a marked LEO variant with livery (gsttorbull1b), so the same body works for both your car meta and your police fleet.
The sound is a custom set by Legacy_DMC, not the vanilla Torbull loop. Interior and exterior are reworked, the dials read correctly, and the driver keeps their hands on the wheel.
